I am a web app developer experienced with Javascript and stacks that support Javascript development. I have bachelor degrees in both Software Engineering and Game Development. I am pursuing a career in software development because I enjoy creating things that are both useful and creative. I perform at my best in development teams with short lines of communication. Especially experienced in assisting and communicating with visual designers and brand managers, eliminating technical limitations that would prevent realizing the user experience that was envisioned. I am not specialized in a specific tool or technology stack, choosing to familiarize myself with a wide range of tools, programming and scripting languages used for the development of front end software. Acquiring a broad base of knowledge so I can offer whatever the industry may require in the future.

Actionscript Developer

After graduation I continued to work part-time at M.C.A&M, part time during my further education. The most important part of my work was the modernization of legacy applications. These webapps written in Actionscript and Flash were converted to Javascript and HTML5. This required redesigning and rewriting the user interfaces for smartphones and tablets. My other tasks were supporting the web design team in the technical implementation of designs and apps and the find and fixing of bugs within the legacy apps, the converted apps and the websites serving these to the uses.

As part of my Software Engineering education I interned at a company that makes financial software for retail companies. There I worked on the invoicing module within their software package.
